Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. This policy explains how cancellations are handled.

Consumer Protection

Transaction cancellation is handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010 and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

1. How to cancel

Open Dashboard → Billing and choose “Cancel Subscription”. A confirmation will be shown.

Once confirmed, the subscription is marked as “Cancellation scheduled” and remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

2. Effect of cancellation

Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. After that date, the account becomes inactive and no further charges occur.

Cancellation does not, by itself, delete your account or historical data. Data deletion may be requested separately under the Privacy Policy.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable once the credits are issued to your balance, except where required by law.

4. Reactivation

You may reactivate the subscription before the period ends to continue uninterrupted access. After the period ends, you may start a new subscription at any time.
