This policy describes how subscriptions, credits, and payments work in ProfitLens AI.
Transaction cancellation is handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010 and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Subscriptions are billed on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled.
Plan limits (such as Meta connections and tracked ad accounts) are described on the pricing page.
Certain analyses (for example creative analysis or AI insights) consume credits from your organization’s balance.
Credits may be granted as part of your plan or purchased as credit packs. Credits are non-transferable.
Credit packs purchased separately are final and non-refundable once the credits are added to your balance, except where required by law.
Payments are processed by PayPlus or other authorized payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Failed or past-due payments may result in suspension of paid features until the balance is settled.
Prices may be displayed exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes. Taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.
Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support within 30 days of the invoice date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
